Need a Recommendation... (Vegas Related)
I'm looking for gift ideas for my parents and trying to relate it to Vegas, where they're taking their vaction this year. I'm looking to spend between $150-$200. A nice show or a decent restaurant (gift certificate) would fit the bill..... and ideas?

Emerils restaraunt is really good there. Not sure which Casino/Hotel it is located in but it was the best steak I have ever had (BAAAAM!), pretty expensive.

My parents go to Vegas all the time, if I were to buy them something Vegas-related, I'd buy them a slot machine.
As far as restaurants or shows are concerned, I can't help you there. But if you're looking for gifts or souveniers, look here: http://www.vegasgifts.com/default.asp Good luck. Last edited by Lorena : 06-06-2004 at 06:16 PM. |

Call ahead at the House of Blues Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay. It is usually a membership only deal, but they can be pretty good about dinner reservations. The food is generally terrific and it is at the top of the Mandalay with a view back down the entire strip. Fantastic.
