The way that I understand it, you don't do a draft or anything like that, you pick players from any of the teams that are playing on a given day to make up a 4-4-2 formation. The catch is that you can only pick a player twice during the entire tournament. Example, if you pick Henry in the first two matches, he is unavailable to you for the rest of the competition.
