team formation drops?

anyone know exactly how fast team formation experience drops? my question is because i play a tough team in my first week of the season and but i dont want to play a 3-5-2 in the offseason.
i played 3-5-2 last night, so its at excellent. i wont sell any players (other than youth squad) before then. but i would play a 5-3-2 on this weds and maybe a 4-4-2 in my first cup.

will my 3-5-2 drop below solid and will i suffer confusion in my first league match?

No, it will be Solid.

You might suffer some small confusion depending on your team's experience level, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

well unfortunately my team experience is usually wretched. unless they cut these ratings too, then its disasterous(-) i guess
