Roller Coaster Tycoon 3
OMG. I played the original and was amused for about 2 weeks. Never picked up the second version as it was basically the same game.
However, have you seen Version 3? Oh my lord. I was just on the site where they have .wmv's of the new coaster cam™ where you get to now ride your coasters and i have to say it is AMAZING. The only downside to the entire upgrade of the game is that you will probably need a couple of Cray SX-6's to run it. |

The site says recommended specs are a 1.2GHz CPU and any radeon or GeForce2 video card. About the same as the minimum for HL2...

facetiousness aside, minimum specs are a joke. The minspecs don't tell you that you have to run the game in 640x480 with dynamic lighting turned off, textures on low, etc.
I remember having a machine that was a little better than the minimum specs for Half-Life 1. I've seen faster framerates in PowerPoint. |
