Clown Question?
Was thinking of going after a popular-soild clown.
Question is, how much do they really help my team. How much should I expect to pay for one and how much is too much too pay? Just wondering if I am better off just using the money to buy a player instead Thanks Jets |

for a pop/solid, you're looking at 10-80ish k... with not veyr much in the way of skills.

I have no idea how much clowns cost, so I can't really help you with that one. I was dealt a clown when I first got my team...needless to say, he's still a part of my team even though he hasn't played in a long time.
As far as how much one helps, I think it adds one fraction of one point to your ability to keep TS up. Obviously, most of your TS retention comes from your coach's leadership. But having a decent coach and a person with solid leadership and a nasty or controversial personality can slightly drop your ability to keep TS, while having a decent coach and a clown (as your highest leadership person) can increase your ability to keep TS up just a smidge. Of course, if you have more than one player with solid leadership, then the person with the highest "sub-level" within that solid will be the team leader, and there really isn't any way tell who has a higher level of solid short of experimentation. Mine seems to help me a tad. Not sure I'd go out and buy one, though, unless I found a player with some real skills who also happened to be a clown or semi-clown. ~tk
