ARRRRGGH.
today i had my 12th draw in the last 28 league matches played, despite midfield domination, and well balanced ratings (just like most of my other ties). last season i had 6 draws, and 5 draws the season before. i had several reported shot opportunities "blocked" or "tipped" by the opponents goalie. I had a large 63/69% midfield advantage. yet my 3-forward offense can only manage one goal from all the chances. my opponent only had one reported opportunity, the one that he scored in the last 15 min of the game to earn him the tie. Im friggin tired of earning draws, when i should be earning wins. except that i seemed to be cursed to earn draws, particularly in important matches that I need (and should) win. Im seriously considering retiring for good from this game for the benefit of my sanity.

Im seriously considering retiring for good from this game for the benefit of my sanity. Don't do it, I'm sure many other Hters have had this idea come to mind. You're forgetting that this is only a game, it's not worth getting all dissed or pissed about. Unless you are really, really, REALLY dedicated and live each day for hattrick. |

Oh! So you're the person HT hates more than me.
I know it wasn't what you were going for, but you made me feel better about having only five ties last season. Shakes cheetum's hand |

Well, looks like I wasn't the only one horribly screwed this week. I out um... what's the term now- some-sort-of-hatstats-index'd him 190 to 137, outstarred him 42.0 to 34.5, crushed him on midfield and possession, had my strong attack against his weak wing, had higher defensive ratings than his offensive across the board, etc. But still only got a draw out of it
I missed 2 goals, had one stopped by a keeper, and missed a PK attempt. I was ticked when I logged in last night and saw what happened.Houston Hippopotami Player rating and Team formation
