dola, the guy is 33 yo and downed to solid scoring/poor passsing (from excellent/weak) this season. He is still here because he will be my next coach (solid with passable leadership)

After Round 4, Marcel is still on top after scoring 2 more goals ! And he bumped to excellent experience (with his passable leadership). However, I shouldn't be able to beat the current top scorer as he belongs to a Div 2 team (that was champ a few seasons ago)
