ping: any AbsolutePoker players

$10,000 Guaranteed NL Hold 'Em tourney starting at 9PM tonight (no re-buys).
63 places paid.

It's a 15+1 buy-in, and there will probably end up being a pretty sizable overlay, since less than 400 people are currently registered.

Just an FYI, since there isn't all that much time before it starts and it may be a pretty nice opportunity for any tournament players.

update...

Is anyone else still in this? I'm hanging in there with 180 left and about 6k in my stack, just a little above average. Got off to a blazing start, but ran into some tough losses. I'm Bort3000, btw...

i busted out in the 300's. Short-stacked I went all in with 4's and ran into a pair of Aces.

2nd break, I'm sitting well-below average stack level with just under 7k (avg. stack is approx. 13k). 96 players left, 63 get paid...

nice job. A profit of a couple bucks beats losing the 16 you put in for sure.

Out at 60...played timid toward the money as blinds began to eat me alive. Just felt that with the two huge stacks at my table that I had better pick a good hand to move on and just felt I couldn't on those I was dealt. Ended up in the money, and out on K10 when called by AQs (ace came on river, though it was just an extra kick to my stomach).

Good experience...

Thanks CT, I should have been a little more aggressive after the second break, and I came out flat. Oh well, I have a lot to learn still about this game (especially style/strategy in large multi's)...
