Pizza buffet. $3.99 all you can eat pizza, salad, pasta, and dessert. Food's not bad for being that cheap...

Cici's is great when it first comes out of the oven. Otherwise it is ass. If you go during an offpeak time, prepare to hate their pizza. But it is dirt cheap.

You better be going to Houston and not DFW. I'm going to be in El Paso the first week of August for my bro's wedding, so I would be pissed if you were in the area while I was gone...

I disagree.

After living in Arizona for ten years, and recently moving to NorCal, I can say without reservation that Whataburger kicks ass, and In N Out is the most overrated restaurant in the western hemisphere. It's like the Hard Rock Cafe of fast food. The food's not really that great, but for some reason, it's cool to eat there.

(And, please, no lectures about how it's better because it's fresher. If I want fresh hamburgers, I'll grill them at home. In N Out's are unremarkable, and their fries are crap. I'll take oven-baked Ore-Ida crinkle cuts any day of the week.)

They have 'em in Georgia, and of course at that price with all-you-can-eat, they are very popular with high school guys. I've had worse pizza, that's for sure. For what you pay, it is pretty solid.

It's a favorite of my 5 year old. They tried to up the price to $4.99 a few years ago (at least here) and it fell flat on its face. So apparently, the food is really good for $4 but not worth it for $5, which should tell you all you need to know.

The place is usually overrun with 5-10 year olds and high school kids. But at least they have 2 TVs, one on ESPN and the other on Cartoon Network. So they keep us all satisfied.

They make all sorts of strange pizzas, like BBQ, taco, and some other stuff I won't touch. But their cheese bread and desert pizzas kick ass.

Nope, I've lived in both places, and my vote goes to Whataburger. You can't beat the A1 Thick and Hearty burger. Two beed patties, cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and A1 Thick and Hearty sauce. In-n-Out isn't horrible, but I prefer Nation's Burger or Val's in Hayward whenever I'm back in the Bay Area.
