Training Program Question
Simple question. What should it look like?
I am currently training scoring and plan on doing this for a few seasons to make some money and also improve my squad. Should I train any other areas of my team during the season or should I just use the 2 off weeks to train misc. talents like set pieces, stamina, etc? Any thoughts would be great.

General overview:
Train your primary skill (scoring) for 14 weeks during the season. Use the offseason weeks to train miscellaneous. If you have a qualifier, train your primary skill that week also. |

Basically, the most efficient way to do things is for everyone to specialize, and then build a strong overall team using the surplus trainees from teams that train something we don't.
So, as RH says, you train your primary skill pretty much all the time, optionally filling in a week or two of stamina (if you train middies) or set pieces (if you don't need stamina) during the offseason. |
