3. Preliminary deadline for entry is Saturday, July 24th, 10pm ET (subject to change)

1. In other threads, it's been thought by others that I hate the game of football. I don't. So as a peace offering, I found this question.

The Candadian Football League is known for its wacky rules.. 12 men on the field, three downs, 110 yard long field, multiple men in motion.. This is week 6 of the CFL's regular season. The Montreal Alouettes look to be unstoppable. Not only do they have the #1 offense in terms of points scored, they have the #1 defense in # of points allowed. So.. the question is, after 5 games, what is the Alouette's point differential?

2. The international oil cartel OPEC recently announced that they are interested in increasing production. Interestingly enough, OPEC was already selling about 10% more oil per day then their agreed upon ceiling of sales per day. According to the cartel's Secretary General, how many barrells of oil is OPEC producing per day?

3. Dan Brown's "the Da Vinci Code" is still going strong, two years after release. As of May, the book underwent it's 56th printing. As of May 2004, how many copies of the Da Vinci Code were in print?

4. The US Open golf tournament is unique in that it is truly an OPEN tournament, in that anyone can win entry to the tournament through sectional and regional qualifying. How many players registered for the 2003 US Open Tournament (which was played in Olympia Fields, Illinois?)

5. Well, when you are stumped for questions, you go to news.google.com, and enter a popular search term, and then ask everybody how many stories popped up. So, I shamelessly went to news.google.com, and looked for all stories with the word "poker" in it. How many stories were found?
