Talking Oops, I Did It Again...

So, after seeing how cute the last baby turned out (hey, man, pix r at http://www.noblebrown.com ), Mrs. FranklinNoble and I decided that we'd try for one more once I got a permanent job with benefits and such.

Well, I've been at my new job for about three weeks now, and she just got a positive result on a home pregnancy test yesterday.

That's really all I want is for the next one to be as healthy... everything else is just gravy.

Never truer words have been spoken my friend... Best of luck with the upcoming pregnancy, although you've just been through one, so you know what to expect

Congrats. But do the right thing and raise the kid as a Cowboys fan. You don't want him to suffer through all those Redskins beatdowns, do you?

Therein lies the biggest source of marital strife... because my wife is a die-hard Vikings fan. I have photos of the kid in Vikes and 'skins outfits... it'll be reaaaaaly interesting to see which team he latches on to when he gets older.

I'm lucky that way. My girlfriend didn't care about sports at all when we met, but over the past couple of years I've been able to get her interested in the Cowboys. Just yesterday she was saying that she couldn't wait for football season.

God how I love that woman...

Franklin,

You should have asked my advice. Stay off the wife for at least a year after she has a baby. Too late now.

Congrats. I hope this one is as cute as your first.

Yeah, that just means you'll have rebellious children that will root for the 'skins, Eagles, or Giants just to spite you.

I'm already grooming mine to be a TE or LB... he's on-track to have the size for it (he's 9 months in those pictures... wearing 2yo outfits...), and he can already catch a softball-sized foam ball.

Eh... we waited 9 months. That means the kids will be about a year and a half apart... that's a pretty good spread.

Thanks.

Ooh, that would be grounds for disowning them...

Hopefully it won't work that way. My brother, sister, and I always watched the Cowboys with my dad when we were growning up and never switched away from the good guys...
