Physiotherapist question
My question is simple. I've been told that you should always be at 100% training to maximize your lvling up of players. I was also told that you need basically one Physio for each 1% you go above 90%. Basically 100% training, 10 Physios.
Does this sound accurate to everyone? You all here on this board have helped me time and time again, and I just wanted to verrify with you guys that this sounds right. Also if someone can tell me any mathematical equation to when I should hire sports psycologists, how many, and when to drop them... that would help too lol. As always, thanks a ton. I'd be lost in HT without this board!

For psychologists, I've gone from poor confidence to strong with 2. Just remember they only work on the econ update, so get them before then.
I run with 10 physios. Then again, I train defense, so almost half the people on the field are my trainees, so odds are if there's an injury, it'll be one of them. Missing a week of training costs about 100k, so spending a ton on physios makes sense to me if they prevent a trainee injury (not to mention an injury to a 32 year old.) I think 10's probably a bit much, and if you have pressing needs somewhere in your club, to address them first. But definitely have at least 3-4 physios if you're training at 100%. What you described is the rule of thumb, but as almost all of em, it's just a guideline, not the way you HAVE to do things. My 2 cents.

Yeah, I always recommend 10 physios for anybody training at a high intensity level. I too train 100% with 10 physios. In HT and RL
heehee. Just kidding, I only have one RL physio, and he's a great physio. As for psychos, it really depends on your league and your position in your league. When I was last in IV (IV.62), I lost SO MANY matches that I had to have 10 psychologists to keep my confidence up to help give me a few opportunities to score. When I was in V.62, I won each match easily and only needed 1 or 2 to keep my confidence from going TOO high. Now that I'm having some issues with losing a few matches, I'm back up to 10 psychologists. In RL I bet most people can have 10 psychologists and do very well, too ![]() ~tk

I always train 100%, but I've never been at more than 5 PTs (my current number). I ran with 3 for most of last season and all of my time before that. Last season I had a lot of nicks but no serious injuries to critical players. This season (knock on wood) I've been healthy.
I prefer to keep at least a couple of psychologists on hand. The better the confidence, the better it is for the team, and according to the rules it has a t least a minor effect on TS as well. |
