Thoughts and prayers

To those in Florida's panhandle who are going to get hit twice in 48 hours with tropical storm/hurricanes.

Altough mild in comparison to bigger storms, please be careful.

The whole east coast will feel this, and with all the rain we've had here in northern New England, the thought of 2-4 more inches is rather scary.

Be safe.

You DO know that there's no "Ron Juckett Award" for FOFC, right Bub? Stop being so nice.

As storms/hurricans are considered acts of God isn't asking for prayers a bit like questioning His judgement?

Thanks for the thoughts, I don't think it's going to be too bad here though, well see tomorrow afternoon.

I was supposed to be in Miami right now with a project for work. Good thing it got postponed! But I'll be there in September, and that is still hurricane season.

Yeah it's hilarious. It's nice and breezy out. The coolest August day I've ever experienced in Florida, no rain in sight.

Yep, I wrote in the other thread what a disappointment (in a way) today has been. Started out pretty bad, but then the storm blew by us to the south and we're rain-free. It's so nice I even showed up for work this afternoon, unfortunately.
