Fixed retirement news items not remembering the staff's job once he has retired (i.e. news item content changed when the person retired)
Made news about transfers of players who are assigned to an affiliate, be sent to them as well, because they will want to know about players they will lose
Player waivers news also sent to current team he is playing for, if it's not the NHL owner team

Fixed player sent to juniors news saying he was sent to/from the same team

Added ability to drop in different language databases for new languages
Allowed gender arguments to be taken from file rather than hard coded. ( for new languages mainly )
Fixed some instances of strings being cut off in non-English mode
Removed some obsolete translations from the language database - should speed up changing languages
Corrected some inaccurate genders in German and French database records (team and award names). This fixes grammar issues in news items.

SI has informed that we can now use customizable rink graphics. They have to be placed in

data/pictures/rinks

You will have to create this directory. All rinks should be named after the team and nickname. For instance, "Detroit Red Wings.jpg". The game will automatically recognize and use them.

The individual tactics sticking with the player is really the most important thing in this whole list.

In hockey a player will play his style of game, almost regardless of who he is playing with. It's up to the coach to put the individual styles together in a way that works, rarely do they tell the players to change the way they play. I absolutely hated when there was a 1 game injury which caused me to shuffle up all my lines, and I had to change the individual tactics for everyone just for the one game. I usually ended up promoting a player from the minors and would rather stick him on the 1st line to replace the injured player directly than have to reshuffle everything.
