Rant against Powweb

Powweb has been great, let me state that first...never had any problems, until now.

I keep getting an error, anytime I send out email, or when someone sends me email, they get an error, saying I'm over quota.

This is simply not true, and I'm not the only one who's encountered this problem, according to their forums.

Their forum support on this issue was absolutely ridiculous, telling people there was no problem with the email server, and it was that they were over quota...there was no argument. This came AFTER people said their emails were totally empty, and therefore could NOT possibly be over the limit...seriously, like one or two posts down. It was ridiculous.

So I took it up with powweb support, and told them I know I'm not over quota, and don't have any emails in my online mailbox. I keep getting emails from people, but they keep getting errors.

Their reply was that I'm over quota, and the only way it could be rectified was if I deleted messages or downloaded them.

I almost blew up, and really didn't send a great reply their way.

Anyway, I had to rant. This is absurd, and their idiots for thinking it's not their problem.

Take care,
John

They're saying I have 31MB used. That's impossible, unless they have a folder that's inaccessible to me.
