I read Switzer's book, Bootlegger's Boy, when I was a kid. It was decent for a sports book.

The job is with Corporate TGI Fridays. It is a phone interview and it went great. It's between me and one other person. I'll find out tomorrow, so if I get the job I'm buying the first round Jeeber.

Nah, they always do it this time of year because we're so slow. With school starting everyone stays in to eat for some reason...

Everytime I see the comments when Olive Garden is mentioned on FOFC I think, DAMN some of these guys need some real good mom and pop genuine Italian restaurant food.

Don't get me wrong, for the accessability and price Olive Garden is pretty good. I eat there a good bit myself. But to salivate? Save that for the good, real stuff! When I was younger we used to eat at this large house that was converted into an Italian restuarant. Homemade ravioli and terramesu(I am sure I killed that spelling), man that was the stuff.
