Experience question
In the next 2 weeks, my team will be very outmatched. I have some trainees that have almost exclusively played in my friendlies. Should I play them in my league games so that they can gain some experience or should I just play my regulars and let the trainees earn their experience when they are ready?
Or does this even matter?

Are your trainees ever going to move into starting positions? If so, then you might be a little better off getting them a little experience now. If they'l pretty much always be backups, then there's not much point.
Either way, the experience gains from 1 or 2 or 5 games just isn't going to have much effect at all. Especially on players that'll be sold when they're 20 or so.
