Problem installing TCY
I recently downloaded FOF/TCY and when attempting to install I receive a "16 bit Windows Subsystem" dialog box that reads
C:/windows/system32/autoeces.nt - The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. I am running WindowsXP and have not altered any of the original files. Can anybody offer a little help. Bay

Have you tried re-booting your PC and trying again?
