A popular guy who is calm and honest. Has poor experience and inadequate leadership abilities.
and this guy Tudor Lazăr (20413018) 19 years, solid form, healthy A sympathetic guy who is balanced and honest. Has wretched experience and inadequate leadership abilities.

We need to know what shape the rest of your team is in and if you need the money by selling these guys. We also need to know what your expectations are be future play. Der

Do you need them? Are you switching training?

I'm struggling in HELL.
My other strikers: 18 y.o. formidable /weak passing 17 y.o. passible/ solid passing 17 y.o. passible/ solid passing 18 y.o. outstanding/poor passing 2 outstanding middies, one briliant 3 solid defenders with passing better than inadequate 800k in cash But the toughest division in div 5 It's like an earthquake wrapped in a hurricane, nestled in a box of tsunamis |

Their costs next year will be 9k and 7.5k, which I think will be quite high for training purposes. Branko just popped so World Class is at least more than half a season away. |

I'd keep the 19 year old for another season and sell the 20 year old at his next pop.

Selling him now would be a waste since the market is down. Counting this week, you'd still get 3 weeks with him before the offseason. Then you'd get him 5 more weeks to start next season and he'd sell at World Class right at the market's highest point.

Then I'll keep them, but I was figuring they're close to being selling commodities, then retain their services in a league I cannot win.

You need to stagger your trainees a bit better than that. If you sold these two, then you'd be starting a passable next season. Even if they pop next week, having 17 passables this late in the season isn't the best idea.
You don't have to win your league, just stay in it. The more money you get from selling off, the more you can upgrade your team after all. Then again, I think you're in the hardest V league in the US.

With the cash, I could buy a high level striker that is trainable. But I understand what you mean. I am in the hardest league (at least top 5) in five. It's a badge of honor and a curse. |
