Unusual Amounts of Rain?
I'm wondering if it's just Winnipeg, or if other places are getting unusual amounts of rain? It almost seems routine that for the past month, the evening will get some sort of fairly-heavy rainfall. There has been a couple of days here and there with no rain, but overall it feels like a lot more rain has fallen.
Could this be due to the hurricanes, even for a city so far up as Winnipeg? Maybe Fidatelo can also pipe in if it's only my area that's getting the rain. ![]() |

They say it's El Nino. They also say that if it's been very sunny wherever you are, it's also El Nino. |

They say Sergio Garcia flap his arms in Tokyo and cause a tidal wave in Ontario.
