FOF-Will Player salaries go up (with inflation, ie) even w/o salary cap increase?

I am just now starting a career with the latest and greatest FOF version (a little late, I know), and I have a global options question. I kind of want to keep the cap the same from season to season (ie, set the cap increases to 0 in global options), mainly b/c I want to know the value of a dollar 10 seasons from now and not have a 200 mil cap. BUT, do player salaries increase even without cap increases? IE, am I going to be negotiating 20 million dollar contracts 10 seasons from now with a 75 mil cap, or do salaries stay 'normalized' as well?

Thanks for the attention.

The game does not really handle the no inflation case properly. Salaries will not go up from contract to contract; however, the game assumes that their is an increasing cap, so the yearly salaries will up within a given contract. I am not sure if the AI can adequately adapt.
