Ping: Missouri Residents
My grandmother is going on vacation to Branson in a couple of weeks, and while she's plenty excited about her trip she seems pre occupied with the cost of ciggeretes in Missouri, she keeps asking me to look up on yahoonet
what the average carton of generic non menthols go for in Missouri. Can anyone who resides in the Show Me State give me a general price range?Last edited by Suicane75 : 10-03-2004 at 03:21 PM. |

actually, Missouri is cheap to buy smokes - they have one of the lowest tax rates in the country (46th of 51). If I remember right, I saw Marlboro's going for ~$23.00 a carton when I stopped at a gas station in KC when we were there last week.
For the state by state tax rates for cigarettes, go to 'cigarettes-portal.com/discount_cigarettes.html'

My wife smokes Marlboro Lights and she says it's around $30 for a carton and $3.50 for a pack.
Generic are around $23 for carton and $2.50 a pack. Todd Last edited by MizzouRah : 10-03-2004 at 05:58 PM. |
