Not to sound bitchy or anything, but have you read the rules yet?

PIC = Play it cool - play a little worse this week to play better next
MOTS = Match of the season - play a little better this week but play worse next week Those are explained in the in the rules (the acronyms aren't defined though) |

I already looked in there as someone else gave me the link. I also looked up and I must have missed it cause i didn't see it, but then that white bar sucks and i didn't know there was a scroll...only idiots use a white scroll bar on their web page.

No, stick to training players that are passables in their primary skill that are no older than 17-18 yrs (also realize that an age update is just around the corner, so at this point I wouldn't look for older than 17). |

Jeez, why so snippy? While "Play it cool" and "Match of the season" are clearly defined in the rules, the acronyms are a short-hand that's developed here and in the conferences and that most people find out about by asking (as Shawn just did).

Dola, training takes place at 8:30 CDT/EST (adjust as necessary) every Thursday. As far as your passable keeper goes, it depends on what you want to train. For a new team, starting with a passable trainee is a reasonable way to go, but 20's a little old, it'll take six or seven weeks to raise him another skill level depending on your coach. That means that you won't have him much past excellent (and a sale price in the $400k - $600k range) by the end of this season. Train a 17 or 18-yo passable instead, and it'll be down to five to six weeks and you'll only need an extra week or two next season to hit formidable and $1 million+ to sell.
Then again... you need another trainee, so maybe your new trainee should be the young passable, and you can sell the 20-yo once he hits excellent to kick off the rotation.
