Problems installing TPB2005

I apologize for asking this here, but I'm having problems logging in to the board over at TPB.
I'm running WinXP on a pavilion laptop, and my user account is set up as the computer administrator.
I encountered a message while installing TPB2005 that said I needed to be the system administrator in order to finish installing the game. I was then instructed to reboot the computer before using the game. After trying to start the game in order to activate the elicensing process, I received a message in an elicense box that read:
"In order to finish initializing, this application must first be run by a user with administrator privileges. Please contact your system administrator for help. 997-3"
As I mentioned, my user account is set as the computer admistrator. I use this laptop at work, so I've got a McAfee desktop firewall that is always running.
I guess I'm at a loss as to what to try next.
Any of you encounter this yet, or have any suggestions?

It might be because of the firewall running. This is from the e-license website

"-3 or -4Unusual. Indicates a problem with the data returned from the license server. This may be remedied by correct proxy settings. Sometimes it can be caused by the presence of personal firewall software on the computer. Contact us using this
http://www.elicense.com/usersupport/el_faq.htm#errors

We will look into it for a more definitive answer but here's something to start with

also from that page

"If you have a personal firewall (installed on your computer instead of on a network), you may need to disable it in order to get your license. Some personal firewall software operates by monitoring communications and permitting them according to permissions you have set up (for example, you are not blocked or prompted everytime a website sends a new page to your browser). The firewall configuration knows nothing about eLicense, and may not allow its communication to retrive your license. If you need to disable or uninstall the personal firewall to get your license, you only need to do so for a minute or two. Once the license is installed on your computer, there is no communication needed with the eLicense servers, so you can re-activate the firewall. "

I dont know for sure its a firewall issue but just off the top of my head its something to look at

Thanks for the speedy reply Gary. I did submit a support request form at the elicense website. I will contact our systems people to try and get the firewall disabled, and try it then. Hopefully that's all I'm looking at. I'm not sure what else it could be.
