important e-licence question...

My damn computer is sooo slow so I am wiping it out and starting anew. What should I save so that I can still download FOF2004 (the new version) and FBCB and stuff like that?

Would those records be wiped out? Is there a folder or something I can save. Or would it still be licenced on my computer if I re-format the hard drive!?

Thanks a million!

Licenses will be gone, unlicense first, print off license numbers then you can use them when you reinstall.

This is my problem too. I had an unexpected computer failure with my harddrive and motherboard. I just bought a new machine but didn't have the opportunity to uninstall any licenses. I believe that I have the receipt from the purchase. I do still have 1 license but I wouldn't mind getting the other one back. Any ideas on just how to proceed?
