Stamina Training...how long?

Since I took my team over almost two weeks ago I have focused my training on stamina to get my starters back up to speed. After last week's training everyone one of my starters is now between Passable and Excellent. Is this sufficient to move on to my main training focus which will be PM?

I'm thinking so...just want to get input from others.

Yes.
Training stamina decreases your overall form, many people try to train it for at most 2 weeks during the off-season.

Ideally you'll want your trainees to get up to the excellent stamina level, but train PM for a bit (until the offseason I'd recommend) to help increase form (and PM levels of course!).

By the by, most people train stamina in the offseason because there are 2 weeks where you may (likely) have only one match per week and so it's hard to get your trainees even training (since you only have one match) so people usually choose to train something that everybody gets (stamina, SP, and very rarely general).
