Ray Carruth!?!

You have to have better stats to kill a woman. You at least need a Heisman or something.

Someone should start a "notorious" line of throwbacks

Sherman Williams, Dallas, doing 20 years
O.J., killed wife
Carrueth, killed wife
Darryl Henley, Rams, eligible for release in 2031
Nat Newton, 600 pounds of Weed.

Im sure there are tons of others.

What did Sherman Williams do? I must have missed that one.

Also, what time frame is Darryl Henley from, position played, how good was he, and what did he do?

The attorney for Green Bay Packers fullback Najeh Davenport said Tuesday that the rookie is “humiliated” by his arrest on charges that he broke into a university dormitory and defecated into a laundry basket in a woman’s closet.

Enough Said...

Didnt Bam Morris get arrested for having a ton of weed in his trunk too?

Leanard Little of the Rams killed a woman in 1999, was released from jail despite the conviction and got half the suspension Ron Artest did.

While trying to look up some of these stories, I came across a good site relating to crazy stories:

hxxp://www.cracksmoker.com

not sure if anyone knows about this site, just thought I'd pass it on.

Daryl Henley was not a superstar, but was a starter. I believe he was involved in a drug trafficking (sp?) ring.

Chmura got in trouble for hot tubbing, and perhaps more, with his underage babysitter.

I know there's one, Fred Lane, who played with Carolina and had just signed with Indy that was killed by his girlfriend.

And I thought Leonard Little was drunk, so it wasn't his fault. Hence the lower suspension, and the light sentence. Artest should have chugged some beer before beating up fans, then he would be able to come back sooner.

A "collasal draft flops" line of jerseys would be awesome too.

Get your Leaf, Maybe the Steelers fans get a Tim Worley, Tony Mandarich, Colts double sided jersey of Coryatt and that one announcer guy that escapses me, i think trev Alberts. Andre Ware, that sucky guy the Bengals drafted #3 a few years ago. You can even have the whole line of Penn State Running back flops, Enis, Carter, etc...

ENLEY, DARRYL
Darryl Henley really did have it all. He was a starting cornerback for the Los Angeles Rams after becoming an All-American at UCLA, where he graduated with a 3.3 grade-point average in finance. He came from a family of success -- both his mother and father had college degrees, one brother was graduated from Stanford, another from Rice. That dream was shattered in 1995 when Henley was convicted on drug trafficking charges and sentenced to 20 years in prison. It vanished for good two years later when another 21 years were added to his sentence, when he pleaded guilty to trying to hire a hitman to murder his sentencing judge and a witness in the case. Henley is now an inmate at the U.S. Penitentiary in Marion, Ill. He says he was angry, confused and, most of all, desperate -- so desperate that his thinking became irrational and warped to the extent that he'd do anything to make this all go away. And that's when the idea of killing the judge and the witness -- a former Rams cheerleader -- began sounding like a lifeline. But he got caught then, too, and his life was changed forever. "Not one thing we did was worth it," he said. "Not one place we went. Not one stripper we saw. Nothing, not one thing was worth that. Not one thing was worth them saying -- guilty as charged. These are the demons that I have to battle every night."

Akili Smith.

But seriously, what a horrible idea.

When I went to the Browns/Bengals game, my friend wore his Andre Rison jersey (he's a Brown fan), and my other friend told me I should wear his old Ki-jana Carter jersey. I just looked at him, are you kidding me? People would think I'm a Browns fan!

Probably so. Man the Warriors have an ugly history of late. Joe Smith, Jamison, Webber, Spree, Arenas, Fuller or maybe it was Foyle or both(over Tmac), hell, Dunleavy is pretty much crap.

BROOKS, JAMES
James Brooks, the Cincinnati Bengals' career leader in rushing, was sentenced today to six months in jail for failing to pay child support to the mothers of his 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. Brooks, 41, pleaded no contest last month to two counts of nonsupport and acknowledged that he was at least $107,704 in arrears. Judge Steven Martin imposed the sentence in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, but said he would consider a work-release program if Brooks gets a job and begins support payments. Martin also sentenced Brooks to perform 300 hours of community service and placed him on probation for five years, during which Brooks must surrender his passport. Brooks was making $1 million a year at the height of his 11-year NFL career. Brooks' sentence requires him to attend literacy classes. Martin asked Brooks how he went to Auburn University when he can barely read or write.

Used to be my favorite player. :-/
Damn, just read the whole thing and he could barely read or write. Terrible!

They dont have a "Bengals Store?" In a local outlet mall they have a "steelers store", I've seen a ton of guys jerseys there such as Randel El, Burress, Ward, Maddox, Riemersma, Polumala, Bettis, Staley, Rothlisburger, Porter, Hampton, Colcough. Thats like a 4th of the roster, and im sure im missing a couple.

I guess the 3 Bengals I mentioned are All-League players or something, because I never said I couldn't find the best jerseys (your trying to put Bettis, Burris, Ward in category with TJ Houshmandzadeh, Shayne Graham, and Madieu Williams jersey availability?) It's easy to get Palmer, Johnson, Warrick, J. Smith, Rudi, etc.
