Help with coin-op football game
Does anyone remember the name of the coin operated football game that used robots as the players? I loved that game, but I can't think of the name.
Thanks, Todd |

My brother's best friend's dad owned a Putt-Putt. My brother worked there, and we would spend hours and hours after they closed (all night) perfecting Cyberball. We had a 3 game series with these other dorks that used to come in and play all the time, and we won 2 games to 1, scoring a TD on a KO return as time expired to win by 4.
Good times.

Nothing like a game where you have to get a first down or watch one of your players get blown up...

That game also had one my favorite plays of all-time, an out-and-up pattern by the running back. I could run that play all day long. I gave up a go-ahead TD late in a game against a guy once and then had one of my guys fumble/blow-up and ended up with the ball inside my five with time for one play. I ran that play for a TD and celebrated like I had just won the Super Bowl.

Great game. Both on coin-op and Genesis. God bless the San Francisco Hitmen.

Daaaaaaang. I remember playing this one quite a bit.
And the linkage to that website could easily end up costing me money at some point.
