FOF Injuries?

Ok, I had a guy at 40 weeks at the end of the season and now the preseason is starting for the next year and he's at 39 weeks. Is anyone noticing this?

End of the season meaning after the Super Bowl before the next season begins or after the next season began?

If it's the second case that's normal, if it's the first that's not normal.

I hope you're wrong Mizzou, in the HFL online league my star QB was injuried for 24 weeks in the week 3 so i had the hope that he could be recovered for next season.

Offseason injury healing all occurs between the time you hit the End Season button and the the time you enter the Coach Hiring phase of the game. Injuries do not heal throughout free agency, for example. They then start healing again in Preseason Week 1. Someone posted that the average real amount of time between Super Bowl Sunday and preseason week 1 is 25 weeks. When last checked (back in March), players with serious injuries were healing somewhere between 15-25 weeks when the End Season button was pushed.

He was hurt around Week #12 (don't have the exact injury written down), after I hit end season, I don't think he healed one bit. I was figuring on him coming back this year.

I'll keep an eye out to see if he heals at the end of this year... it just doesn't seem right.

I've always thought that the "weeks out" number was a guesstimate, anyway. On more than one occasion I've had an injured player who, say, was listed as out for 12 weeks, two weeks in a row.

That's my understanding as well. The injury report is just an estimation of the length of time that the injury will heal.

Todd, the first thing to go is the knees. The second is the ol' memory.
