Yeah I know Im annoying, one more question...
Right now I am running a 3-4-3 with all my back guys playing defensive, and my forwards playing offensive...for a team that just started and low skill is there a better formation or is this good?

No such thing as annoying... better safe then sorry when you first start HT. So many people screw up they're team when they first start because they're not sure what to do and don't ask any questions.
Now about your question.... If your training scoring then yes a 3-4-3 with 3 inner midfielders, 1 winger, forwards offensive and your wingbacks defensive is the way to go. Defensive forwards contribute to your midfield some at the expense of your attack rating, but only if they have good playmaking. I find playing a defensive forward is a waste so i won't even worry about them.

I run a 3-4-3 and train playmaking, nothing wrong with that combo either.

Keeper trainers are not subject to such restrictions -- there, the formation choice is probably best driven by personnel. If your wingers are stronger, play 3-5-2, if you've got three good forwards, play 3-4-3. Either formation can be successful.

What do y'all mean by 'offensive' forwards? I don't have that option...
unless you mean forwards that keep slinging insults at the opposing goalie...

If you've got the personnel to play both formations well, then you can afford to make the decision based on your opponent. I don't feel I have that luxury right now, so after a long time as a 3-5-2 team, I've been running a 3-4-3 for much of the current season.
