My question of the day...
Sorry if I am stupid but I just read the training help 3 times through and I did not come across whether a player playing in two games in a week trains faster than if they played in one, it says it doesnt matter which game they play in(friendly or league) but not if they did both.
So would my goalkeeper train faster if I used him in both games or would it be better to switch two in and out. thanks in advance |

Yes, always get as many players training as you can.
