Lost Training for the week

Somehow i messed up and caused my team not to get trained this week.

What the heck did i do? I have 9 asst coaches and 1 GK coach. Isn't that the right balance there?

3-4-3, same as it always was/is.

I just rechecked it and it was the same formation for sure.

Can you describe exactly how you lost training? Like...did you players attributes not change? Did you somehow change your training back to general before training updated last night? I'm not sure what you mean.

Also, what is your team name. Maybe we'll see something you don't.

Team name: Purgatory Hellraisers (223573)

The only thing i can figure it might be is i bought a player on Wednesday and got the following message:

A newly bought player got a really bad start when he arrived in the club. The team spirit fell when he initially turned out not to get along very well with the other ones.

This is the player:
Jairo Tepa (50711312)
18 years, passable form, healthy
A pleasant guy who is balanced and honest.
Has disastrous experience and poor leadership abilities.

Nationality: México
Total Skill Index (TSI): 440
Wage: 688 US$/week including 20% Bonus
Owner: Purgatory Hellraisers
Warnings: 0

Stamina: passable Goaltending: disastrous
Playmaking: weak Passing: weak
Winger: poor Defending: poor
Scoring: passable Set Pieces: poor

Career Goals: 0
Career Hattricks: 0
League goals this season: 0
Cup goals this season: 0

Then the next day, Thursday, after the training update, I got the following message:

The team has lost training for the week due the incomprehensible actions of the club manager.

I didn't change my training regimin at all. Only thing I did was get my # of assistants and goalkeeper coaches up to 10 total ( I now have 9 Assistants and 1 GK coach). The change was I did have 6 Assistants and i hired 3 more. Did that on Wednesday's too. My training has been at 100% Scoring since Day 1 when I got the team.

Thanks for your help on this fellas...and ladies!

Did you at some time in the past week have more than 10 assistants? This too can cause a loss of training. More than 3 players in any one position will cause a loss of training. Those two are the main ones.

Your formations look fine to me. Definitely double check on your staffing. Like, all of them. Make sure nothing is above 10.

Yeah, what daed said. It must be a staffing issue because the formations are clean.

Had to double check just to make sure even tho I know daed is one of those detail guys who doesn't miss that kind of thing so it's cool to see if I can catch something he misses because it would certainly be a first

Guys I think you figured it out! During the week I did screw up and staffed over 10 GK coaches and Asst. Coaches. I didn't know it was BOTH GK coaches and Asst. coaches, so I had over 10 when combining the two. It caused my team to lose some team spirit or whatever cuz the Assistants got in a fight. hehe

"1/3/2005 Team spirit fell dramatically as the oh-so-many assistant coaches got into a fight."

i dropped the number back down earlier in the week but I guess the penalty is I lost training for a week.

Oh well, disappointing but not a huge/total loss.

thx for your help, i think i got it straight now.
