FOF Bug?

In my solo career I'm to year 2031, and somehow my 3rd round draft choices for 2032 and 2033 have disappeared. Has anyone else had this happen?

You are penalized your third round pick if you are over the salary cap. I'm not sure what stage you have to be under by, I would guess that it's the first free agency stage, check the help file. I'm sure it will probably have more info for you.
