Ripping tracks from an enhanced CD?

Anyone know how to do this, or know what software will? The software I use doesn't recognize the CD as having any song files/tracks on it.

Freerip and iTunes both do it without issue.

Just use disk copy and that should copy the songs over. Had the same problem, but I use CD Creator and just selected disk copy, even though when exploring the CD, there were no songs.
