TCY: How do you play TCY

I am going to be using TCY to import into FOF2004. However, I really do not want to coach a team in TCY. Have any of you just simmed TCY and just let your coaches do the work? If so, which team do you choose and how did effect the team as far w/l record?

Just take a Sol8 team stuffed in Alaska and turn all the auto stuff on. Simple as that.

All the time, don't like the recruit-a-thon....hoping that TCY2 gives us some other type of options for this since I do enjoy college football.

Take the University of Texas. They're used to the head coach doing nothing.
