Football Manager 2005

Does anyone know if you can purchase the game via download?
If not, has it been released in the US yet? I heard it would be a different name though, can anyone confirm this?

Thanks for your help

Brian

Oh, I saw that one, it confused me because it says Sega.
Thank you for the reply. Too bad it can't be a download purchase though.

It's not avail as a download as of now.

You can find it in some stores in the US, but supposedly the sales coverage is spotty at best.

You overestimate it greatly.

Still it dumbfounds me why sega and si don't offer this for digital download, especially with the shitty distribution in the states.

If anyone's interested, I'm selling my copy of Football Manager 2005 for $30, shipped via Priority mail with insurance - anywhere in the US.

PM me if interested.

I just can't get into the game, and honestly with my TCY dynasty and baseball season around the corner, I just don't have the time to play around with it and give it the chance it deserves.

It's not that I didn't enjoy it, but it's going to take me some time to really get into it. Someone that's having a hard time finding it might as well get some use out of it.

Your dynasty has been quite fun to read and well, that's been good enough.

Well, since getting a promotion, I now have time to really get into a dynasty. With the help and involvement of Ardent and Blade, I'm really immersed into my TCY dynasty.

I still play FOF and ootp. I don't play TPB nearly as much as I want to and that's just because I'm not a big NBA fan. If Gary/Arlie comes out with a college sim similar to TPB, I'll be in heaven.

I've played a little bit of FM 2005, but I can see it's going to take some time for me to really understand what I'm doing... and quite honestly, the money is needed. I did mention a promotion, but the pay raise isn't for a month or so.

Actually I have been a member for quite a long time, I just rarely post. Bbo is my first initial and first 2 letters of my last name for those that are curious.

Ordered from Gamestop.com, fedex'ed overnight, due to a job interview I was not home when they delivered it, they shipped it back to the shipping area about 45 minutes from where I live...after work, I drove there, just beating the 9 o'clock closing time, picked up my game, drove back and started playing.

I've been losing sleep ever since.

hehe, I've been playing this game sort of non-stop since I got it on November 12, so over 2 months. I say sort of non-stop cause with kids and all, you find time when you can find time, but I can tell you that every little minute I can find, I spend it on this game
