Must see TV for FOFC

Tomorrow on the Food Network's Iron Chef Series, the challenge will be to cook various dishes with Trout.

I don't remember all of the dishes they are going to be making, but the last one stuck in my mind "Trout Ice Cream."

I remember the squid ink ice cream, from the squid challenge. It was great because it was one of the few times the judges openly ripped the chef. "I don't know what you were thinking with this."

Give me Everyday Italian. That's the best show on the Food Network.
