TYC question concerning a player being draft eligible
I am currently simulating TCY and then importing the rookies into FOF2004. I also use TCY as scouting means to search for better players for the upcoming draft or even future drafts. How can you tell if the player is going to be draft eligible? IN TCY does the player have to be a senior or can he leave school for the draft?
