Tempur-pedic Beds

Anyone have one of these things? I'm one of those people who can never seem to get comfortable in bed and do the toss and turn thing which drives my wife absolutely nuts. She has mentioned this as a possible solution because she's seen the commercial where they set the glass of wine on the bed and then jump up and down and it doesn't spill. . .

Guess I'm looking for some sort of testimonials that weren't paid for by the makers of the bed. Also does this thing sit on an already existing set of box springs or do you have to also purchase something else to put under the mattress?

You need to have a solid base for it, so either a nonworking box spring or a platform bed. As for terpur-pedic, save your money and go buy a four or five pound visco foam bed with a quilted top. It is essentially the same thing and if you look around, you should be able to save about a grand or two. Remember to get a mattress pad as well because they are a much warmer bed than normal.

The mattress Pad is key but I bought a king size Celebrity Pillow top tempurpedic in October and it has been awesome. I pass out on it soooo fast and you cannot feel the other person move. It is an awesome bed.
