They announced the lineup for the biggest music festival on the west coast. It's to be held April 30th and May 1st in Indio, CA.

I mean, it's solid, but why such a obsession with bands that have been dormant for years? Bauhaus? cocteau twins? Gang of Four? New Order?

Just a guess but ... maybe because Bauhaus could outdraw 80-90% of the bands listed?

I have a free plane ticket that I have to use this year and was considering going to Coachella, but after seeing the line up I don't think that I will go since Rilo Kiley is the only group I really would want to see.

I did like Jem when I saw her in Cincinnati a few months ago and it doesn't hurt that I think she is really hot.
