FOF Team Cohesion
I cannot for the life of my get my passing cohesion up. I have the best QB in the game and a set of great WR's yet my completion % is like 52%. And no, I barely try to throw deep.
Any help on getting my cohesion up?

Do your best to keep the same core of players from year to year. Also, you can allot more time to team functions during training camp.

Will it even go up during the year or only during offseason?

Yeah, those are really the only way to get cohesion up. You gotta keep the same guys around. You will also notice as you change guys in the depth chart with starters, you can go back and check cohesion to see if it changed for the better or worse. You have to be patient though, it takes a few years of guys being together for it to happen. 1-2 seasons is not enough. I am not sure if it will change during the year for the same guys, but I think so.

I would suggest changing your gameplans then, maybe throw a lot less, or throw really short passes. If the defense doesnt have a reason to play the run, they can sit in pass coverage all day. How is your line, if you QB is constantly being rushed, he will not throw very well. |
