Newbie question here...

Where can you make a stadium proposal?

I am in year 10 and have 100% support for a stadium, but can't figure out how to make a proposal.

You can only make a stadium proposal during one stage in the offseason (I believe it's the same time you designate a franchise player).

Also you have to wait 15 years from the last time you did any work, like renovations or building a new stadium. SO if you take a team like the Lions who just opened a new dome you have to wat to give them some fresh air & grass...

Stadium Proposals happen in the very first part of each new year (right after "End Season", right before "Staff Hiring"). If you click on the proposal button and it hasn't been 15 years since you built your last one, it will tell you so.
