"Smart" Fans over-corrected?
I just lost a cup match 2-0 against a division VI team who sucks. Well, they don't suck, but they certainly shouldn't be beating my Division IV-relegated butt. As a result, I gained 2 supporters, and my confidence is Strong, my Sponsors are Satisfied, and my Supporters are Calm.
Not that I'm complaining -- it's nice to have not taken a hit. But my supporters and sponsors should be pissed right now. I know I am. ![]()

I think it's too early to tell, honestly. The announcement made it sound like crowd size was going to be much more closely tied in with supporter size, which may mean no more 30x your supporter base showing up for games. If that's the case, then slowly increasing the supporter base would be the expected direction, including in cupsets.

Just like Vince, i took a 6-2 beating by a team newly promoted in div VI. I'm in div IV, but lost only 1 fan.

Definately less bastardly this season. I lost 2-1 away in my first league match of the season and gained 8 supporters. Won my cup match 4-0 and gained 11 more. Not gonna complain about that, last season I would have lost supporters by having a week like that.
