Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith story revealed!

Needless to say heavy spoiler's abound. Usually these things are dead wrong, but this storyboard is accompanied by the requiste pictures from the film. It seems AWESOME! Now, I liked AotC, but this looks like it'll be an amazing film that'll blow us all away!

Oh, and apparently I just heard the Lucasfilms was trying to close down every site showing these pics (I saw the exact same thing on another site), so you may have a limited time to see 'em.

Looks nice and dark... the way I like it .

Wow. Either someone is in big trouble or Lucasfilms went to a lot of trouble to throw off the masses.

I can see why the movie guys need to shut these sites down, but is there a person on earth who cares enough about SW3 to find leaked stories on the internet who then won't still go see the movie.

"Well, now that I know how that ends, no need to waste my $8."

I saw these a few days ago. And yes, Lucas is threatening people like mad with lawsuits to shut down these sites, so it totally looks legitimate.

LOL.. exactly! Most people that go looking for these storyboard-picture things are definetly going to see the movie. Hell, it only peaked my interest, because it looks freaking sweet!

Btw, too many views and too little posts... damn you lurkers!

Sadly, I cannot get to that website at work. I had a DoD warning come up when I clicked on it. You may want to hxxp that link.

Pretty cool... although I doubt it's 100% accurate.

Clearly there are significant chunks missing. Where are the wookies?

Oh, and we're obviously lacking one Jar-Jar Binks...

Well, I think Lucas is working hard to stop it, though I'm not sure why there would be a DOD warning. Don't see any boobies in there to hxxp it. So I think it's safe enough.

There's an f-bomb at the bottom of the page... that's all I can figure... and the site tries to load some activex that might be unfriendly.

Any site that is hosting material of this nature (questionable legality, copyright infringment, whatever) should be hxxp'ed. It doesn't matter if the particular page you link to is harmless, if the rest of the site is hosting porn, illegal mp3s, etc.

No way, if you think about it, Anakin will probably develop into some Dark Sith lord. Maybe these supposed twins that are in this movie will come back to haunt him. I'd probably say in about 3 more movies/episodes, Anakin will kill the emperor, but that is a pure guess.

I don't really want to read the spoilers so the movie isn't spoiler but a friend of mine made this prediction that seems really really accurate: the sooner Darth Vader shows up, the better the movie will be. Christensen (sp) just can't act but Darth Vader doesn't have to act or at least not in the same way.

There isn't any porn or illegal mp3s there. You got some pictures. Most of them out there already (in fact I'd say all of them). Frankly, I'm not sure how someone at work would get a trouble for looking at a bunch of Star Wars movie pictures.

If you got such a problem with it tell Skydog. I'm not changing it. This hxxp stuff is ridiculous, we have some that do it to ESPN now!

Yeah, but I think dark Anakin would be cool even if he can't act. Because you don't really have to act that hard to be an angry person bent on killing (at least from all the actors I've seen who can convincingly pull it off).

Hey all I'm saying is that I get this:

Quote:
WARNING !
" The Joint Ethics Regulation and DOD and Army Regulations prohibit the use of government communications systems in a way that would reflect adversely upon the DoD or the Army. The site you have selected has been identified as an unauthorized site to visit using the Military Academy's computer network, which is part of the DoD Global Information Grid. Refer to the Academy's Computer Network Use Policy, your unit Information Management Officer (IMO) or your supervisor for more guidance. Violators may be punished."

USMA Policy 93-01 Computer Network Use Policy

AR 25-1, Army Information Management

DoD Joint Ethics Regulation

I'm not saying that it has porn on there, it's a gambling site, or whatever. I can't even get there to view it! My guess is that the lewd part of the address is what is triggering the warning.

Heh... that's interest... it's actually 'lewed' in the addy... all that's there is a bunch of movie stills and text. On a white background. Nothing else.

I don't see why Lucas is getting pissy about the plot being revealed. The video game is supposed to be practically the same as the film, and it's being dropped two full weeks before the film.

It certainly can't be because he gets paid for the video game. Because we know that Lucas is all about the quality of a film, not the money that can be made from merchandise. I believe those adorable ewoks that look like santa bears my kid loves proves this point.

Like I said, hasn't it been explained enough? How many times does it need to be said how sniffing programs work? It's not just what is on the PAGE you link to that causes a problem, but the ENTIRE web site. Have you tried going to hxxp://www.lewed.net at all? It's not just a site with Star Wars pics on white background.

Also...didn't Leia say she knew her mother, "...memories really, she died when I was very young..." I guess two or three days old is kinda young...I think Obi Wan lied to make everyone believe she was dead and hid her away on Alderaan(sp)...God I am a geek...nevermind.

Leia was referring to her adopted mother...

What Franklin said - Lucas, after the first movie, always had the idea of these in mind. I will be curious, but I think we can all predict that Anakin ends up as Darth Vader - he has to, really, for the rest to make any sense.

Well...that's interesting and you're probably screwing with me, right...but just incase, since it was Luke 'quizzing' her about a mother that he knew they both had shared, and she referred to her as 'sad' and Leia was convinced it was her birth mom since 'adoptive' parent never entered into it, I take that as an inference that this mom WAS Padame(sp)...am I the only one that ever thought this? Lucas can 'rewrite' the future if he wants but...whatever.

The reason that wouldnt make sense is becuse Vader would then know where to find her- which he clearly didnt in the original trilogy. Actually, was the adoptive part referring to her father - her step father who her mother married ? Damnit, Im confused. And I dont want to read the damn plot!

If you go into the expanded universe, Leia could be taking Padme. In the Zahn trilogy, Leia has a connection to her unborn twins.

I don't see why it couldn't be the same with Padme, unless it was some Jedi thing.

Well, the problem is we saw angry Anakin in the second movie and it just came off as angsty and not actually angry.

If Lucas was smart, he'd be behind releasing this information, if only to assure folks who thought the last two films were crap that this one might be worth purchasing a ticket to. My guess is this doesn't catch him by surprise at all...the lawsuit threats are just to generate controversy, and thus publicity.

At the risk of revealing the level of my geekdom, conventional wisdom now says that Vader/Anakin knew Padme was pregnant but not that she was pregnant with twins. Leia will be revealed as the "backup" plan if Obi-Wan taking Luke back to Tatooine to wait until he was ready to confront Vader.

In ROTJ, Luke clearly asks Leia about here "real" mother and she says she died when she was very young and all she remembers are images and that she seemed sad. In this case, you can either attribute that to Leia having force-sensitive memories of her mother from the womb and immediately after birth or as another piece of evidence that despite his claims that he had the whole storyline hammered out from day one that the Bearded One has pulled a lot of this out of his ass as he goes along.

Though even if you have the entire story line mapped out that doesn't mean specifics will be all mapped out in advance. Lucas may have changed his mind as to how long Padme was living from then to now... you never know.

To fall to a further level of geekdom...

In the books, I know Luke heard rumors that his actual mother was still alive and was searching for her. I never did find out if he finds her or if the lead is faked to distract him/lure him to a trap or anything like that, anybody know how that storyline developed? (The other point being that from what I read, she supposedly was gifted in a power called the Light or something like that?)

I think the depressingly poor quality of the actual story in I & II is pretty good evidence of this as well.

A confidential source tells me that this will all be cleared up in the remakes of the original three films.

I'm not so sure I like the storyline change that Luke will now be Lora, and Leia will be her identicle twin. Once united they are twice as strong in the force and are able to defeat their father. Although the kiss is supposed to be much better...

Lol....my geekness will now be on display. I'm a star wars fan, been that way almost my whole life. I was going to swear off spoilers for this last one, but I just haven't been able to. I regularly visit, but not post, on the forums at theforce.net. The pics at the site mentioned at the top have all been out for a while now, and Lucas has made no real motions to get them taken down anywhere yet. Any hype to that idea is mearly a ploy to get more hits on a site.

And from what I've read about this last film, this movie is going to be incredible.

I hear the light saber battle between Obi-Wan and Jar-Jar is both entertaining and adorable! Who knew that Jar-Jar would turn out to be a Sith...

I never did find out if he finds her or if the lead is faked to distract him/lure him to a trap or anything like that, anybody know how that storyline developed? (The other point being that from what I read, she supposedly was gifted in a power called the Light or something like that?)
To expose myself as the biggest geek on the board and arouse suspicions that I'm a sexless virgin living in my mom's basement ... yes, it was a trap and was faked. So far in the expanded universe, Luke and Leia have learned little about Padme. I don't think they have even mentioned her name in any post ROTJ novels, unless it has been in the comic books or children's books.

In one book, Leia did go to Tatooine and met up with Kitster from Episode I and found a video journal recorded by her grandmother, Shmi.

No wonder I know that Dennis Haysbert was Pedro Cerrano.
