NCAA Brackett Contest
Last year we ran an office pool for the NCAA bracket where picking upsets correctly got you bonus points. Basically, it works like this:
Each team will give you points based on there seeding. So if you pick a 1 seed to win in the first round you'll get 1 point, A 2 gets you 2 points, a 3 - 3 points, etc. Then it works like a standard bracket where you get a multiplier for each additional round. So in the first round - no bonus, second round take the seed and multiply by 2, 3rd round by 3, 4th by 4, etc. I can adjust the round bonuses easily enough if you would prefer more for later round matchups. Anyway - this bracket works differently then most out there, and I tought I would offer it to do it for the board if anyone is interested in participating. (in case you're wondering - the play-in game doesn't count ) |

If you want to play, just PM me your selections and I'll enter you in the contest.
That's assuming we get enough people signed up to make setting up the spreadsheet worthwile. |
