another case sure to draw much media attention
Possibly the next big hot-button issue to hit the national news? This one involves abortion rights and the government's obligation to pay as well as a healthy dose of "quality of life" issues. The article is here:

Just a thought, not that it takes away from the purpose of the case, but the $3,000 they cannot afford for the abortion, but I am guessing they spent alot more fighting this case.

They probably didn't have to pay anything. There are plenty of firms that would take this kind of case pro-bono, because they know they will get a lot of publicity.

The government shouldn't be allowed to pay for something and then decide it wants it's money back. That's just silly.
