Poker: Micro limit vs. Freeroll
I've been playing a bunch of online poker recently, and have entered a number of tournaments...all of which has been with play money. I've been considering using a free deposit website (freefifty.com or some such) to start a real money poker career. I don't intend to deposit any real money of my own (possibly ever), and I'm curious as to the differences between playing play-money tables and playing micro-limit tables.
With all of the reading and practicing I've done, I seem to do well enough when there is no real money on the line. Can I expect micro-limit tables to play similarly to play-money tables, or is the play different? |

micro limit is way better than play money.
Play money everybody plays too loose and wants to see the river. |

micro limit we be fairly similar to freeroll, especially limit hold 'em. As a general rule of thumb, as the price to sit down goes up, so does the quality of play. If it only costs someone .10 to see the flop, that is a lot different than paying $25 to see the flop. The crazy all-in's with 72 offsuit still occur in micro-limit, but not as often as they happen in freerolls.
