Roster File/ Draft File/ etc.

I'm looking for a roster file from the beggining of the 2004 season with suck things as T.O. on the eagles. I'm also looking for a good nfl draft file with eve 4th round prospects such as stefan lefors in it....finally i was wondering if there was anyway or anything to use where u could edit players ratings
