OT: If I didn't hate Atlanta before...

...now I have a real reason to. My wife has been in Florida all week on vacation. She is scheduled to come back home today (bringing her mother-in-law with her) but because ATL has been shut down this morning, she has been sitting on the plane in West Palm for 3 1/2 hours. With the cascading effect of flight delays and cancellations, don't know when she get home - probably tonight at the earliest. Yesterday I was tired and crank after a long week of babysitting, now I am just depressed.

If you die & go to hell, you change planes at Hartsfield. Just about anybody who has dealt with that devilish place has been through what you're going through & should understand.

If it makes you feel any better (about the long week anyway), my mom just left after a week-long stay. And that's a lot of fun and good times in theory.....but the reality is always different, sadly.

But it's a week that has now passed and she is getting on a plane in Dallas soon....bittersweet.
